  1. Opponent: Comes in for a double leg.
  2. You: Arm around their neck, other arm under their shoulder and hold onto your own arm.
  3. Stand up, pull in, lean back and hips forward for choke.

Major Inner Reap (Ouchi Gari)

  1. Right hand on collar, left hand on sleeve.
  2. Push them back, open their gi.
  3. Step in with left foot, right leg wrap behind their knee to trip.
  4. Throw them down, establish side control, mount, or top half guard.

Run the Pipe

  1. Level change, right leg down, attack their right leg.
  2. Head stays high on hip, X arms behind their knee.
  3. Stand up, keep head and shoulder tight. Drive them down into the ground with right shoulder. Lean down and to left, shoulder force them.
